Welcome to Peace of Mind Pet Services. By accessing or using our website, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided
Peace of Mind Pet Services offers dog walking, group walks, home visits, and overnight pet care within the Lytham St Annes and surrounding areas.
All services are provided with the utmost care and professionalism, in accordance with our insurance coverage, safety policies, and welfare standards.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our official booking system, message, or written agreement..
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be refunded or rescheduled at our discretion.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable, as time has been reserved specifically for your pet.
In the event of severe weather, illness, or unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to rearrange or cancel a booking with as much notice as possible.
4. Owner Responsibilities
a. You must disclose any relevant behavioural or medical information about your pet before services begin.
b. Dogs must be fully vaccinated, microchipped, and wear identification tags in line with UK law.
c. You are responsible for ensuring your home is secure and accessible for agreed visits or collections.
d. Peace of Mind Pet Services cannot be held liable for any pre-existing injury, illness, or condition not disclosed at the time of booking.
5. Liability and Safety
a. While every effort is made to ensure your pet’s safety and wellbeing, all animals are cared for at the owner’s risk.
b. We are fully insured and pet first-aid trained; however, we will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage beyond what is covered by our insurance policy.
c. In emergencies, we reserve the right to seek veterinary attention for your pet, and you agree to cover any associated costs.
6. Use of Website
a. The content on our website (text, images, logo, design, etc.) is owned by Peace of Mind Pet Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
b. You may view, download, or print information for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that all details (pricing, service areas, availability, etc.) will always be current.
We may update or modify website content at any time without notice.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. All client and pet data is stored securely and used only for service provision, communication, and legal compliance.

Refunds are only available for bookings cancelled in accordance with Section 3 (Bookings and Payments).
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and may take up to 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
